How am I billed?
Through Shopify. OCU is charged on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other apps — there’s no separate card to enter and no contract. You can cancel from your Shopify admin at any time.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
If you keep the app, billing starts at the tier that matches the upsell revenue OCU generated that month, as little as $9.95. If OCU isn’t earning for you, delete it before day 30 and you won’t be charged anything.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Every placement is added from the OCU dashboard using Shopify’s native app blocks and checkout extensions — no code, no theme edits. AI Personalized Funnels can build your first funnel for you in about 90 seconds.
Will OCU slow down my store?
No. Offers load through Shopify’s native app blocks and checkout extensions rather than injected third-party scripts, so they render with your theme instead of blocking it. Post-purchase and thank-you page offers run after the order is placed, where they can’t affect your storefront speed at all.
Can I upsell subscriptions with OCU?
Yes, in several parts of your funnel. The Slide Cart Drawer and pre-purchase offers can both present the subscription version of a product before checkout, and post-purchase offers go furthest: a one-time buyer can switch their completed purchase to a subscription in one click, with the original refunded and the subscriber discount applied retroactively, or an existing Recharge subscriber can be upgraded to a bigger plan with nothing charged at checkout.
