“[First], we have a nice message… just letting ’em know like, “Hey, we’re here to give you the best customer service.” And with that… We just launched a brand new product catalog, so we have that upfront.”

Jason welcomes visitors to this page with a friendly message:

“‘Hey, we’re here to give you the best customer service.’ And with that… We just launched a brand new product catalog, so we have that upfront.

Our number one [question] that we get is all of our UPC barcodes, information description, titles, price points, everything like that…

One of the nice things with Zipify Pages is we can actually put any URL, Google sheet or a PDF inside of Google Drive, all right here just by a click of a button.”

Jason also features their new product displays on the page:

He also includes some marketing material for them to use: “A lot of customers ask us for lifestyle images. So, we have that built in right here that takes them to a shared Google Drive.”

And here’s a quick note from Jason about why he adds QR codes to every product:

“It’s hard to sell a product to a customer, especially if your employees don’t know a ton about that product. So, all of our bottles and products have QR codes that take them to our recipes.”

By linking every product to a list of recipes, he makes it easy for each customer to enjoy the product.

This helps his business and the wholesaler’s who can use those recipes in-store to offer samples:

“It’s hard to pick up a bottle and trust that it’s something that you’re gonna like…

Now you can sample these inside the store [and] train your employees on what the flavors look like and how to do this [and] you’ll increase those in-person sales drastically.”

On top of that, Jason also signage and promotional videos for the wholesalers to use:

“We have signage that we offer to the customers. So, we again say “Hey, if you need a promotional video, if you need anything, it’s all right here.”

“And instead of putting like a YouTube video in here, Zipify Pages allows us to put a really, really cool gif and we can size it to whatever we need as well.”

Then Jason leverages this page to confirm the wholesaler’s order and provide a little follow-up housekeeping:

“We’re letting [customer’s know], ‘Hey, since your order has shipped, we’re gonna be adding you to our store locator on our website.’”

And he also gives them the option to place a second order from the same page.

“If they need anything, they can contact them via email or phone right there.”
