New to OCU: Shareable Discount Links, “What’s New” Section and More

Hey! Brittany here from Zipify with a some new updates to OneClickUpsell.

The team is working hard on an entire app redesign, including a new offer page template and updates to some of our major features.

In the meantime, we’ve released some cool new features recently. Let’s take a look.

Direct-to-Checkout Links

It’s a good idea to decrease the number of steps in your sales funnel in order to increase the number of visitors you convert to customers.

So we recently added the ability to skip your store’s cart page, and link your product page calls to action directly to the OCU checkout.

This cuts out an entire page that puts extra time and distractions between your customer and their purchase.

Shareable Discount Links

Next up, we’ve created an easy solution for delivering discounts to your customers

We call these “shareable discount links.”

When a customer uses one of these links, their discount is automatically applied at checkout — so no more have to remember / copy and paste their code.

There are a couple of different ways to use shareable discount links:

You can offer a storewide discount or free shipping offer simply by adding the code to the end of your URL (1:30)…

Or offer a discount on a specific product by adding the code to the end of product page URL (1:38).

Any code you create in Shopify can be used with this new feature, as long as your customer has a product with an OCU tag in their cart at checkout.

“What’s New” Section

Finally, we’ve made it easier to keep up with OCU updates with the “What’s New” section, a one-stop source for info all fixes, updates, and new features.
