Rebuy pricing looks simple on the pricing page: “as low as $25 a month.” Then the quote for a real store comes back several times higher. The gap comes down to four things: how many packages you need, how many orders your store takes, which discounts you qualify for, and how busy your last 30 days were.

I pulled Rebuy’s prices for seven order volumes from the calculator on its pricing page on October 28, 2026, and read its billing help docs line by line. Below: what each plan includes, what you’ll pay at your volume, the rules that move the number, and a cheaper option billed a different way.

One dated note: on October 28, 2026, Rebuy’s Shopify App Store listing showed “not currently available” for new installs. Stores that already run Rebuy aren’t affected.

Key Takeaways

  • Rebuy’s entry price of $25 a month buys one package (Checkout & Post-Purchase) for a store with up to 500 orders a month. Most stores need two or more packages.
  • Rebuy bills on every order your store takes, online and in person, subscription renewals included, not on the orders its widgets influence.
  • A store with 2,000 orders a month that wants a cart drawer and post-purchase offers pays $244.80 a month on monthly billing.
  • Each Rebuy bill is set by the previous 30 days of orders, so plan your December bill around your Black Friday month.
  • When you compare upsell apps, compare what each one bills on, not its entry price.

How Much Does Rebuy Cost In 2026?

Rebuy costs from $25 a month for one package at up to 500 orders a month, and every package price rises with your store’s total monthly orders. There are four packages, from $25 to $45 at the base, a full-suite plan called Platform One at $534 a month, and a free product, Rebuy Monetize, that pays you for showing partner offers.

Two details catch people out. The $25 entry price is the Checkout & Post-Purchase package alone, not a plan that covers everything. And Platform One is also “based on orders per month,” so $534 is a starting figure. Rebuy’s help center calls this tier Enterprise and says it’s sold on an annual basis.

What Does Each Rebuy Package Include?

Rebuy pricing is per package: each one holds a fixed set of features, and Rebuy doesn’t sell any feature on its own. So the packages you need depend on the jobs you want done: a cart drawer and post-purchase offers, the most common pair, means two packages.

Two lines in that table change most budgets.

First, A/B testing sits in its own package. If you want to test which offer earns more, that’s a third package on top of cart and post-purchase.

Second, on a store that isn’t on Shopify Plus, the Checkout & Post-Purchase package is really a post-purchase and thank-you page package. That’s Shopify’s rule, not Rebuy’s: checkout UI extensions on the information, shipping and payment steps are available only to Shopify Plus stores.

What Will Rebuy Cost At Your Order Volume?

At 2,000 orders a month, a cart drawer plus post-purchase offers costs $244.80 a month on monthly billing: $176 for Cart & Merchandising plus $96 for Checkout & Post-Purchase, minus the 10% two-package discount. On an annual contract it works out to $220.32 a month.

Here’s the same Rebuy pricing math at six volumes, straight from Rebuy’s calculator.

Monthly prices in USD from the calculator on Rebuy’s pricing page, checked October 28, 2026. Annual = per-month equivalent of a 12-month contract. Above 7,500 orders, the page switches to “Talk to sales.”

Going from 1,000 to 2,000 orders roughly doubles the cart-plus-post-purchase bill, from $124.20 to $244.80. That’s about 12 cents for every order your store takes, whether or not the shopper ever saw an offer.

Which Fees And Billing Rules Change Your Rebuy Pricing?

The list price is only part of your Rebuy pricing. Five billing rules decide what lands on your Shopify invoice: which orders count, which 30 days count, the discounts you qualify for, add-ons, and the cap you approve when you install. All five are in Rebuy’s billing and pricing FAQ (updated April 28, 2026).

What counts as an order

Rebuy counts every order your store takes in a month. Its FAQ is explicit: “Both online orders and in-person transactions count toward your Orders Per Month.” So if you sell at a market stall or a retail counter, those sales raise your Rebuy bill even though no widget touched them. Shopify keeps POS and online orders in the same orders list, which is the count Rebuy reads.

Subscription renewals count too. Rebuy’s FAQ says repeat subscription revenue is included in the order count, and on Shopify every successful renewal billing attempt creates a new order. A brand with 800 subscribers renewing monthly adds 800 orders to its Rebuy total before anyone checks out.

Your Black Friday month sets your December bill

Rebuy bills on a rolling 30-day cycle, and each bill is “determined by the previous 30-day metrics and covers the upcoming 30 days.” So the bill that follows your busiest 30 days is priced on them.

Here’s what that looks like. A store that averages 2,000 orders and takes 5,000 in its Black Friday and Cyber Monday window moves its cart-plus-post-purchase bill from $244.80 to $585.00 for the next cycle. Spikes like that are normal: Adobe reported that Cyber Week brought in $44.2 billion online in 2025, up 7.7% on 2024, in just five days.

Bundle discounts, annual billing and support

Rebuy takes 10% off when you buy two packages, 20% off three and 30% off all four. Annual billing takes another 10% off, in exchange for a 12-month contract.

Premium Support is an add-on listed at $499 a month. It adds priority support, a customer success manager and quarterly reviews. Platform One already includes it, so if you’re budgeting Platform One, don’t add Premium Support on top.

Billing cap, trial and refunds

When you install, Shopify asks you to approve a spending cap, for example “up to $10,000 every 30 days.” That’s a ceiling, not a charge. Shopify’s app charges guide explains that once a usage-based app hits its limit, “no additional charges for the app are permitted until a new billing cycle starts.” Rebuy then asks you to approve a higher cap before it bills the overage. On the developer side, Shopify calls this the capped amount: “the maximum that a merchant is billed for during the 30-day billing cycle.”

Every package starts with a 14-day free trial. Rebuy also offers an ROI guarantee with refund requests due within 60 days of the Shopify invoice, but its terms say a refund “will not be issued for simply not using the product.”

Is Rebuy Monetize Really Free?

Yes. Rebuy Monetize costs nothing on any plan, and Rebuy pays you roughly $0.20 to $0.35 or more per transaction for showing offers on your thank-you and order status pages. The catch is whose offers they are. Monetize shows partner brands’ offers, powered by Fluent, not your own products.

Three limits apply, per Rebuy’s plans article. Offers are served only to shoppers in the United States and Canada. Some categories can’t use it at all, including adult products, alcohol, weapons and CBD. And every account is reviewed, so access can be refused or switched off.

So Monetize earns a little per order but sells none of your products. For bigger orders from your own catalog, you still need the Checkout & Post-Purchase package: $25 to $315 a month, depending on volume.

What’s A Cheaper Option Than Rebuy?

An app that bills on the upsell revenue it brings in, rather than on every order your store takes, costs less in any month your upsells don’t sell much. OneClickUpsell (OCU) works that way. It’s one plan with every placement included, from $9.95 a month and never more than $999.

OCU’s price moves in flat steps. It isn’t a percentage of your revenue.

Every step includes the same features: product page offers, pre-purchase and post-purchase upsells, a cart drawer with in-cart upsells, thank-you page offers, in-checkout upsells on Shopify Plus, AI-recommended offers and A/B testing. So the two jobs that take two Rebuy packages, plus the testing that takes a third, sit in one plan. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial, and development stores use OCU free.

OCU also counts upsell revenue narrowly: only the order where a shopper accepted an OCU offer, not a later purchase of the same product. As of October 2026, OCU holds 4.5 stars from 571 reviews on the Shopify App Store.

One store that made this switch: Cheech & Chong moved from Rebuy to OCU in July 2025 and earned $90,000+ in upsell revenue in its first 7 weeks, a 39x return on what it paid.

How Do You Estimate Your Rebuy Bill Before You Sign Up?

You can estimate your Rebuy bill in about ten minutes with two things: your Shopify order report for the last 30 days and the tables above. Do it before the 14-day trial ends, because Rebuy’s first invoice is calculated on your real order count.

  1. Pull your total orders for the last 30 days from Shopify, including POS sales and subscription renewals. That’s the number Rebuy bills on.
  2. List the jobs you need done (cart drawer, post-purchase offers, search, A/B testing) and map each to a package with the package table.
  3. Find your row in the volume table, then apply the bundle discount (10%, 20% or 30%) and decide whether a 12-month contract’s extra 10% is worth the commitment.
  4. Re-run step 3 with your busiest 30 days. If Black Friday triples your orders, that’s what your December bill looks like.
  5. Put last month’s upsell revenue into OCU’s price steps and compare. If you want more than two options, our guide that compares eight upsell apps on price does the same math for each.

If you plan to test offers, which is how you find the ones worth keeping, price that in too. On Rebuy it’s the Flows & A/B Testing package. On OCU, split testing with a results dashboard is part of every plan.

The Bottom Line

Rebuy pricing is built for a platform: cart, post-purchase, search, flows and testing, each priced on your store’s total orders. If you use most of that platform, the bundle discounts work in your favor.

If you mainly want a cart drawer and post-purchase offers, you pay for two packages on every order, plus a third to test them. For that job, OCU puts every placement and A/B testing in one plan, and its price follows the upsell revenue it brings in, not your order count. My suggestion: price Rebuy at your volume with the table above, then let a 30-day trial show your real upsell revenue and OCU price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Rebuy have a free plan or free trial?

Rebuy has no free plan for its own tools, but Monetize is free and pays you to show partner offers after checkout. Each paid package starts with a 14-day free trial, and Rebuy installs free on Shopify development stores. Platform One’s trial is listed as both 14 and 30 days on Rebuy’s pricing page, so confirm it with Rebuy’s sales team.

Do I need Shopify Plus to use Rebuy?

No. Smart Cart, merchandising widgets, post-purchase offers, search and A/B testing all work on standard Shopify plans. Two features need Shopify Plus: checkout extensions (offers inside checkout itself) and reorder landing pages. On a non-Plus store, the Checkout & Post-Purchase package covers post-purchase offers and thank-you, order status and account page content.

Can I install Rebuy on Shopify right now?

On October 28, 2026, Rebuy’s Shopify App Store listing said the app is “not currently available” and pointed merchants to Rebuy directly. Stores that already run Rebuy aren’t affected. The listing has been unavailable before and come back, so check it on the day you plan to install.

Are Rebuy’s $99 Starter and $749 plans still available?

No. Those tiered plans are Rebuy’s legacy pricing, and Rebuy says legacy pricing is no longer available to new merchants. New stores choose package-based pricing or Platform One. Existing legacy accounts aren’t switched automatically, and once a store moves to package-based pricing, it can’t move back. Older reviews that quote $99 or $749 describe the old model, not current Rebuy pricing.

Does OneClickUpsell take a percentage of upsell revenue?

No. OCU charges a flat monthly price set by which revenue band its upsells reach that month: $9.95 up to $200, $49 between $500 and $1,000, and so on, capped at $999. It never charges on your store’s order count. So rebuy pricing and OCU pricing grow for different reasons: orders on one, upsell revenue on the other.
