At Zipify, we believe your product pages are the most important pages on your Shopify store.
Of all the traffic you get, the customers that land on these pages are the most serious about doing business with you. After all, they’ve come so far — they’ve found you on Facebook (or elsewhere), stopped to look at your ad, and clicked over to your website.
Now, they’re actually looking at your products, and all they need is that last little push toward making a purchase.
The question is, do your products pages get the job done? Do they help your customers make that final decision by answering questions, addressing concerns and highlighting benefits?
To accomplish all this, we like to use long-form product pages on our stores. They help us provide more information about our products, and it’s no surprise that we repeatedly see long-form pages outperform short-form pages in most markets.

How this Template Works
For this new single-product template, we took our old long-form product page and redesigned it from the ground up to convert.
It has everything a visitor needs to feel good about purchasing your product:
Multiple sections allow you to add content and high-quality imagery, while the stacked content draws the eye down the page and helps visitors engage with each section.
Let’s look at how these page elements help turn site visitors into customers.
Sticky Header: Similar to Zipify’s Mini-site Template, the header remains stuck to the top of the page (on desktop) and links to the various sections of content.
Dynamic Buy Box: We feature the Dynamic Buy Box right at the top of the page. We include the first call to action (of several), and because it has worked so well for us in our tests, we use a powerful quote from a happy customer in place of the product title.
Social Proof: Next, we include a block of reviews about our product. Of course you think your product is great — site visitors want to know what other people think about it! This section is incredibly important. Social proof sells.
Long-form Copy: Then we add all of our long-form sales copy. This is now a single column (instead of the left-right design we used in the past) as the single column design works better for mobile viewing. We break up the sales content by adding a background color to make each section pop. This design is performing really well in our tests!
Buy Box #2: We follow up this content with another Buy Box. It’s always good to give customers more opportunities to buy your product, especially on mobile where they have to scroll to see the content.
Text w/ Image Background: This is a cool design feature we’ve been using a lot lately: We’ve taken a text block and added an image background with a text overlay. This makes the page more dynamic and gives you another opportunity to show your branding.
FAQ: Then we include a list of frequently asked questions using our FAQ block. This block is a great way to answer any questions the visitor might have before they even ask them.
Final CTA: Now that the customer has consumed all of your content, we end with a final call to action to make it easy for them to purchase.
You can add to any of these sections, or subtract the ones you don’t need.
