One of the last limitations of Zipify Pages is officially gone!
You can now create fully custom Collection Pages and publish them directly to your Shopify store under your native /collections URL structure.
If you’re tired of losing sales because of Shopify’s limited designs, this is the update you’ve been waiting for—and it’s available for both Basic and Advanced plans.
Why This is a Big Deal
Until now, Zipify Pages could create nearly every page type except collection pages. But with this release, you can now design and optimize Collection Pages just like any other Zipify Page—using our drag-and-drop builder.
And the best part? These pages publish directly under the /collections URL path, so they integrate seamlessly with your Shopify store, preserve your SEO structure, and give you way more customization and conversion power.
What’s Included in Custom Collection Pages?
For the first time, you can build Collection Layouts that include all of Zipify Pages’ direct response page elements. Instead of being stuck with Shopify’s default layouts, you now have full control to optimize your collection pages for higher engagement and more sales.
- Custom Collection Layouts – Create a fully custom Collection Page using Zipify Pages’ drag-and-drop builder, giving you complete control over layout, design, and conversion elements.
- Professionally Designed Templates – Get started faster with our professionally designed templates available inside Zipify Pages, with new templates being released regularly!
- Zipify Page Elements – Add any of our direct response elements including countdown timers, testimonials, bundles, opt-in forms, call-to-action buttons, videos, plug-ins, and more—giving you full control over conversion optimization.
- SEO-Friendly Structure – Because these pages publish under /collections, you keep all the SEO benefits while gaining the flexibility to create higher-converting designs.
How to Create a Custom Collection Page
Creating a custom collection page in Zipify Pages is easy—here’s how you do it:
- Open Zipify Pages and click Create New Page
- Choose Collection Page as your page type
- Pick a template or start from a blank page
- Select your Shopify collection and start customizing
- Click Publish!
Every time you publish a new Collection Page in Zipify Pages, a unique Collection Template (e.g., collection.zipifypages-XX.json) is added to your Theme, and it automatically publishes to the /collections path on your Shopify storefront.
How to Assign or Remove Product Collections
You can assign multiple Shopify Collections to the same Zipify template, but individual collections can only be published on one template at a time. To assign or remove a collection from a template, just go to the ‘Collection’ tab inside Zipify Pages and click the ‘Assigned to’ link.
