Hey, Zipify Pages users!
We just rolled out a new image editor for Zipify Pages with a few great upgrades:
Product photography is one of the most important elements of any ecommerce page, and with this new image editor you get more control over how you showcase your products.
Now, it’s easy to control the size of the image displayed, set the max width, and even change the alignment of the image to make sure your pages look exactly how you want.
Let’s take a look at how the new image editor works for your store.
How the New Image Editor Works
To add an image, first select any of the image blocks from the block library. You may select any image in your image library or upload a new image, if you’d like:
Next, you can use the image “Crop” setting if you want to crop or rotate the image you’ve selected:
Then, you can change the size of your image using the preselected sizes or move the slider to make the image smaller or larger:
Note: The preview at the top works to show the changes to the image as you are making them.
You can also use the “Alignment” setting if you want to align your image to the left, right, or center of the image container. (This only works if your image is not the full size of the block already.)
Use the “Max Width” feature if you’re using larger images and you want to make sure they are constrained to the max width you set:
If the image is smaller than the max width, the max width property has no effect. If the image is larger than the max width, it will automatically change the height of the image proportionally.
And, like always, you can select borders and shapes if you’d like to style your images:
With these new options you should be able to customize your landing pages exactly how you want them to see great results.
