What data does Zipify AI use? Is my store data safe?
Zipify AI reads your catalog, your last 60 days of orders, and the performance of your Zipify funnels — most apps take your entire order history. Access is view-only, revenue-critical decisions run on Zipify’s own models, and your data is not used to train anyone else’s AI. Every action is explained, logged, and reversible, and nothing changes without your approval.

Why does Zipify AI only read 60 days of my order history?
Sixty days is enough to see what your customers actually buy together, and it keeps your exposure small. Most upsell apps request your entire order history — Zipify AI does not need it, so it does not take it.
Can I keep my own offers instead of the AI’s?
Yes. AI split-testing runs the AI offer against yours and shifts traffic to whichever wins, so you never have to hand over an offer you believe in. If your version performs better, it keeps the traffic.
