What kind of ads are shown on my thank-you page?
PostProfit displays premium, brand-safe offers from trusted partners like Disney+, Hulu, Hilton, Hello Fresh, Rakuten, and more. These are curated offers — not banner ads or popups. They’re designed to complement your customer’s post-purchase experience with relevant, valuable promotions.
Will PostProfit affect my conversion rate or customer experience?
No. PostProfit only appears on the Thank You and Order Status pages — after the customer has already completed their purchase. It has zero impact on your checkout conversion rate. The offers are non-intrusive and designed to add value, not disrupt the experience.
How do I get paid?
Revenue is paid directly to your connected PayPal account as a separate payment — it does not appear as a credit on your OneClickUpsell bill. After each service month, there’s a 60-day reconciliation period while ad performance is audited and payments are processed. For example, if your ads ran in March, your payout would typically arrive around June 1st.
Can I block certain ad categories?
Yes. You have full control over what’s displayed. PostProfit automatically excludes restricted categories (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, etc.), and you can block any additional categories that compete with your products or don’t align with your brand.
Does PostProfit work alongside my existing OCU upsell offers?
Absolutely. PostProfit and OCU upsell offers share the same app block on your Thank You page. When both are available, they display in a vertical stack — your upsell offer first, then the PostProfit ad. They complement each other, giving you two revenue streams from one page.
How long does it take to start earning?
You can go live in about 5 minutes. Revenue begins as soon as customers start seeing offers on your Thank You page. It typically takes 2–4 weeks for the ad optimization to fully calibrate and reach peak earnings per transaction.
Is PostProfit available outside the US and Canada?
Currently, PostProfit ads are only shown to customers located in the United States and Canada. Customers from other countries will not see ads, so there’s no impact on your international checkout experience.
